Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- In order to qualify for a full refund, the product must be unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including any tags, accessories and accompanying documentation.
- If you have opened or used the product, and/or if any tags, accessories or accompanying documentation is missing, you may qualify for a partial refund. Please contact us as described below (in the "Return Process" section) to discuss the state of the product, tags, accessories and accompanying documentation and we will be glad to provide you with a proposed partial refund (if possible) based on your descriptions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns (e.g., receipt or order confirmation number).
Return Process
- Contact us: Email info@roosterspursuit.com and be sure to add your order confirmation number in the subject line. If you have opened or used the product, please include a description of the condition of the product, tags, accessories and accompanying documentation. Please include pictures, if possible, as that will help us better process your request.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Unfortunately, in some situations (such as damage to or extensive use of the product) we may not be able to approve a return request.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as: FedEx, UPS, or USPS Tracking).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount charged, or partial amount (if the product is opened, or any components are missing) will be credited to your original payment method minus the original shipping charge amount.
